If you’ve read the Stop the Presses blog for any amount of time–and we hope you have–you know that we’re not likely to use this space to toot our own proverbial horn. That’s why I hope you’ll forgive us a moment of self-indulgence to tell you about something exciting that recently happened here at Levick: [...]
John was driving the car and to his side was sitting Anjeni, both quite, looking straight at the road.
Breaking the unnatural silence John said, “ Didn’t I told you?... this murder case is still not finished”
Anjeni looked at him.
“ Killer is still moving freely around in the city” John continued.
“ Then Who he was, the one who died ?” Anjeni asked.
“ So many possibilities..” John said averting

We all know that we will kena saman if we drive and use hp without handsfree. If i'm not mistaken, we also can't drive and eat. Eat chewing gum or sweets of cos ok lar, but i've seen ppl eating nasi lemak while they drive leh, dun play play, super geng! that nasi lemak some more were those wrapped with banana leaf one, that guy really got skill lar!!Besides this, I've also seen ppl applying their make-ups while driving, u know, using the rear view mirror to apply their mascara, blush and etc. Some also likes to drive while reading lar, driving while sleepy la.. (my friends actually drive during his sleep, end up? accident lar, wat else!!)For me, i won't answer any calls if I don't have my hands free with me. Tonight, we will be experiencing another power interruption. I just hope this time the timing will be as stated. The last time, which was Tuesday the power was shut off two times but it was not as expected.I hope it goes off really at midnight tonight. I was tricked into thinking it wasn't gonna go off anymore last Tuesday, only to get interrupted at 12:50 a.m. Whatever.... No use complaining, right
Acquitted murderer returns an INT for a touchdown: 6 pts
Kicker kicks go-ahead field goal: 3 pts
Said kicker being told mid-interview by the other team's QB that the game's not over and seeing his reaction: freaking priceless...
By the way...something else I just find hilarious... Ya think Ozzie Newsome would like to take that little waiver from 2 years ago back? He pissed away the best QB on the team! Not saying anyone knew it at the time, but man, he's gotta be kicking himself in the ass about now.
I haven't accomplished much in the past three weeks.Work has been grueling because of open enrollment and its impact on our online quoting application, the update of which I am managing for the first time since I began working at my place of employment nearly five years ago. I have been assured that this is probably the most difficult open enrollment overhaul we've ever attempted, so I suppose there's some solace to be found in that.I have also had some other family issues to deal with that have taken away from my already diminished free time. I've missed the gym steadily the past two weeks, my weight has plateaued, and I appear to have caught a cold.At this rate, I don't plan on posting again until the end of the month or possibly sometime during the first week in November. I'll be devoting a great deal of attention to Microsoft HealthVault at that time. Meanwhile, I would be remiss if I didn't point out several excellent reviews of Microsoft's EMR entry:John Sharp's eHea
I know, make with the yuck yucks and stop breaking the fourth wall all the time. Well I’m sorry, but due to the fact that I’m moving and have had a terrible time with internet service there might be a slight delay in service here on Toy Bender. I’ll be back and up and running to normal standards eventually, but I’m not sure if I can provide you a Monday through Friday dose of awesome that you’ve been used to getting for the next couple of weeks.
Now, I realize that many of you are like suckling pigs and will die without your momma pig producing the sweet nectar of greatness I squeeze from my metaphorical teets. That’s why I’m currently putting out the offer that if you want to write about toys, you’ve got a short window where you can get your OWN writing on this here blogified website. What’s in it for you? Well, pride at being awesome should be number one on the list of benefits, but I may even be able to throw you a small (and b
Rachel Carson Nature Preserve, Wells, ME 2003, Acrylic on CanvasWolfe's Neck Farm, Freeport, ME, acrylic on canvas, 2003I'm feeling a little introspective, but not in a bad way or anything. I was just reading Andrea's post dated Oct. 1, 2007 and I really truly laughed out loud at the absurdity of the video that she shared with her readers. You see, the video was her gift/apology for the last few months of blog posts. I think that she doesn't think that she's been very interesting or engaging (not true), which got me thinking... (see the dots mean I'm thinking...) Really, if I have to assume that you don't know that I'm thinking, then what do I know about you? - or better yet, to whom am I writing and for what reason?(I think that this post is taking an existential bent and I'm not sure that this is a good or a bad thing. Bear with me, please.)I started blogging about 1.5 years ago after I dropped out of grad school. I thought, what the heck, I'll be the artist that I st
Explain following code snippet: class ThreadInterrupted extends Thread { public void run() // called when start method executes. { System.out.println("Inside run"); try { synchronized (this) { System.out.println("Before calling wait"); wait(); System.out.println("wait is called"); } } catch (InterruptedException ie) { System.out.println("value of interrupted():"+interrupted()); System.out.println("Here goes printStackTrace"); ie.printStackTrace(); } } public static void main(String[] args) { ThreadInterrupted threadInterrupted = new ThreadInterrupted(); threadInterrupted.start(); // control goes to run method. System.out.println ("Before calling interrupt()"); threadInterrupted.interrupt(); }} Once you execute this snippet of code the output shown at console looks something like: Before calling inter
Well peeps I apologise for the delay. It has been a somewhat hectic month to say the least. I have been 'acting up' in a new post at work. This has required a mammoth amount of my time and I needed to hit the ground running so to speak. It also dictated that I have my wits fully about me and unfortunately for my blog... not else where! In other news I have decided to apply to do extra training at work and take my degree, a couple of minor points to bear in mind here, my employer being the normal government sort likes to extract as much blood from this stone as possible and so they expect us to complete our degree in two years as opposed to the normal three. We are also expected to work at the same time, part time granted, whoopee, but still it will be an action packed ride for 24 months. There are no guarantees of my getting on it though I'm still at the application stage and there are only thirty odd places and a couple of thousand applicants!! Watch this space.I shall be doing my c

PlanBtv a donc été considéré comme un faux blog, administré par un robot, de manière automatisée. Finalement, après quelques échanges de mails et vérifications, Blogger, a bien dû admettre qu'il y avait bel et bien une présence humaine derrière ce blog!! Ouf!
