Samsung has recently introduced a new cell phone featuring a "Haptic" touch interface. The SCH-W420 Anycall uses a touch interface similar to the iPhone's with the addition of tactile feedback produced by vibration. The Anycall is currently only available in Korea, although it (or a similar device) will likely be coming to the States soon. An ad for the phone can be viewed (in Korean) on YouTube.
