There are numerous dive training agencies (PADI, YMCA, NAUI, SSI, SDI... etc) you will find that offer training programs in the US, as well numerous more outside the US. Dive shops and instructors will be affiliated with at least one or more training agency. For recreational diving, in general, it's not so much the agency but the instructor you will personally be dealing with that's important. This is the new Twist Dress pattern, which I've just cut out. At the stage of instuctions that confuse me, the front 'twist' bodice is in two layers with a 'right side' facing in and out and the twist is now in it (this part I undersand). The twist front is also sewn to the front skirt. The back bodice is one layer, with foe applied around the back neckline, and not yet sewn to the back skirt. It's the shoulder seam instructions that follow these steps which I can't understand: "Pin the outer front to the back at the shoulder seam, right sides together. Fold the inner front shoulder seam on top of the shoulder seams, right side to wrong side (so that the shoulder seam of the back is placed between the outer and inner shoulder seam. Sew the shoulder seam. Press. Repeat for other side". I
