I was speaking with a buddy today about how mortgage professionals are taught to sell mortgages as opposed to taking on an adviser role in the refinance process. We both started out in this industry at the same company, which, by the way, if there were a more dishonest company, its owners couldn’t possibly have avoided jail up to this point, but that’s beside the point.
