      Oral Hygiene 2
The second entry in this great new oral series is quite good. Clothed girls answer questions about their personal lives in old school interviews. Immediately afterwards, their mouths are plugged. Solid dick sucking gets served up every time, and not the slightest bit of cum dodging occurs.

I found this wonderful invention at a pharmacy last year. I almost cheered when I opened the pack at home (still not very certain of what I bought) and slowly took one piece of the toilet seat cover and place it on the floor. No more squatting on or layering toilet papers on airplane or train toilet seat. This would be one of the must-haves to pack for travelling use.

Sarah Connor says, "You've been at that for 20 minutes." Derek says nothing. My theory is that when you're a resistance fighter in the future, you don't often get a chance to brush your teeth and clean the rat meat out of your gums. You get used to walking around with the aftertaste of whatever you ate three days ago in your mouth. So now, finally, Derek's got some time to himself, and access to highly specialized instruments for oral health. Why wouldn't he make up for lost brushing time? It makes me appreciate that I (for the most part) can brush my teeth whenever I want.I'll bet all the little k

Flossing your teeth every day could add 6.4 years to your life, according to Michael Roizen, MD, author of RealAge. In his book, Roizen lists flossing as one of the most important daily activities -- along with exercise and quitting smoking -- that could extend life span.Roizen's calculation may raise some eyebrows, but the idea that oral health is connected to overall health isn't far-fetched.The mouth, after all, is an integral part of the body. "Teeth have a blood supply, and that blood supply comes from the heart," says Richard Price, DMD, consumer advisor for the American Dental Association (ADA).Researchers suspect that the bacteria that produce dental plaque enter the bloodstream. They say these bacteria are somehow associated with the inflammation that occurs with plaque that block

      Household Hygiene
You often hear people complain about how much effort they have to put into cleaning their homes. They should stop their moaning because all it takes to make household chores much less burdensome is a simple change in attitude. I'm not talking about the bobble-headedly sanguine outlook of "just a spoonful of sugar helps the medicine go down." No, I'm proposing an attitude adjustment that will have a much more tangible effect. For example, I figure that dust forms a natural protective coating on my furniture. Looked at from this perspective, it would be foolish of me to remove it. Needless to say, I don't bother dusting. I'm not stupid. In addition, if I drop food on the floor, I don't rush to clean it up. The insects that inhabit our homes evolved to live off our droppings, among

      Acne Hygiene
One of the most common misconceptions about acne is that it's caused by dirt. It's not! Acne is caused by a combination of factors you can't control, like your hormone balance and the natural pace of your skin's renewal system. Fortunately, there are a number of things you can control that may help you keep your acne in check. Begin by following these simple suggestions for healthy-skin hygiene. Acne Prevention - Tip #1: Don't over-wash. Since dirt is not causing your acne, excessive scrubbing and washing won't make it go away. Try to limit yourself to two washings per day — anything more than that can leave your healthy skin dry, and your acne-prone areas irritated. Habitual over-washing may also stimulate extra oil production, which could result in more breakouts. Acne Prevention - Tip #2: Skip harsh scrubs. It's okay to exfoliate, but be sure to use a gentle formula with small, smooth grains. Avoid products with almond or apricot shell fragments; they can irritate or even

The other day I talked about some basic rules governing personal appearance in the restaurant and just how damned important it is. Today, I’d like to delve a little deeper than just how you look and give some advice on personal hygiene. It should be common sense that personal hygiene is no more important than a job where you’re handling PEOPLE’S FUCKING FOOD, but obviously some people missed the boat on that. Like just last night I had a server excuse himself to blow his nose. What’s the problem in that, you might ask? Well, he didn’t really excuse himself away from the table. He just blew his nose. baby bathing and hygiene
Beside rest, diet, and exercise, every baby needs to follow a regimen of hygiene and cleanliness. A newborn baby’s skin is soft and delicate, so you must handle the baby with care. Generally, there is a popular belief that even babies need a bath everyday. Not so is the case. With all the diaper changes and wiping of mouth and nose feedings, most babies need to be bathed every alternate day. But even with this you need to maintain hygiene, especially take care of their bottom. The NappyThe nappy is an absolute essential item of a baby’s equipments. But the nappy can also lead to nappy rash. Since the nappy is always in contact with the baby;s very soft skin, it creates a warm and moist environment, which promotes growth o bacteria. Compounded with this is the constant friction causing chafing. This results in an uncomfortable and painful problem for the baby.Changing nappyTo ensure that there are no nappy rashes, change nappies frequently. Use nappies made of very soft cotton. Gentl

      Greyhound Dentals and Oral Hygiene
One of the first thing people told me when I adopted my greyhounds is that they are very sensitive to anesthesia and I was told I should try to avoid anesthesia if at all possible. Well, this really scared me and I had avoided anesthesia at all costs. However, there are anesthesia agents that are safe for greyhounds. Note that it may take the greyhound longer to metabolize certain anesthetics, such as injectable barbiturates. Make sure to consult a greyhound savvy vet before putting your grey under anesthesia. Some people have elected to do dentals without anesthesia. As appealing as an “anesthetic free” dental may be, it is probably not a good idea for your pets health. A complete oral exam and cleaning simply cannot be done in an awake animal, no matter how cooperative they are. Furthermore, the most significant tartar is not what you see on the teeth but what lies underneath the gingiva (gums). An anesthetic free dental cleaning accomplishes little more than a

Bad personal hygiene. I think everyone has their guilty pleasure in this realm. You can actually harm your teeth by brushing too fiercely and even more so with a stiff bristled brush. Dentists agree that a soft bristled brush is the standard. But some people just want to feel like they are doing hard, plaque removing, work on their teeth in order to make up for the guilt they feel about drinking 7 cups of coffee each day.People know that they should cut their toenails straight across, cutting corners can lead to unsightly and painful ingrown toenails but still, some of the more agressive toe groomers are not satisfied with straight across cut nails. They want that pointy corner to be gone forever!

      Adventures In Dental Hygiene
Have you purchased a toothbrush recently? I made the attempt today, and though ultimately successful, it's a far more daunting task than I had intended to undertake. Presumably, there was a time when one and only one style of toothbrush existed. I imagine that the bristles were fashioned out of copper, carbon steel, or whalebone, but the fact that there wasn't a whole lot of choice in terms of what to wipe your pearly-whites with suggests an efficiency that seems to be compromised in this day and age. I can only assume that there are poor souls out there, so lost in the dental hygiene aisle, confused by the voluminous propaganda that would rival the misinformation in a good war, perpetuated by competing toothbrush brands, as to have their teeth rot out before they ever settle upon a tooth scrubber. Lessons from dental hygienists of my youth reminded me to buy something with soft bristles—but if this what's recommended, why do companies even produce medium or hard bristled brush
