Most of our area is on well water and septic tanks. The City of Tampa requires that all your waste water must run into your septic system. Now that is common sense for any solid waste that needs to be broken down through your septic tank and leach bed, then into your yard. Hong Kong Willie's location in Tampa does use common sense rules regarding solid waste but by their own admission the waste water from every other line such as sinks, dishwasher, and washing machine has a separate run-off to water their yard and worm bed. As long as hazardous chemicals aren't used in this separate run-off (which is not) then what is the problem? Looking at the history of Art and Artists there are several common mistakes that Hong Kong Willie Art Group is making. First of all there is the “weird factor” of artists which I don’t mean in a bad way. Artists such as Kim Brown of Hong Kong Willie seem to see what they are creating before starting a piece of art. Hong Kong Willie has NOT obtained a Retail Store license which is one of their many violations. Located at 12212 Morris Bridge Rd. Tampa, FL. 33637-1024, Hong Kong Willie use to be zoned for years as a Service/Repair Shop. Not anymore though. Now this location has been zoned as a Retail Sales Outlet and must comply with all laws regarding a Retail Store.
