I must admit to you, I have been guilty of telling a fib or five in my life. I am not proud of it. With age and maturity, I have found I don't think I do anything that I would need to lie about, and I have nothing to lose by telling the truth. In fact I have much to gain. When we talking about sincerity, most of the time is inside out. Meaning that we treat people with sincerity. Be sincere with other. But then again, genuine sincerity and honesty can only be achieved through  self sincerity and honesty. I never cheated anybody in my live and don’t intend to start now, but I was far from being honest with myself. Sacrifice in the shallow sense has a new name, that is insincerity and dishonesty toward oneself. Being good and always bow to other is a mask in disguise, we always mistaken that for self sacrifice. Wearing a mask in front of other is not limited to manipulating or deceiving others, it could in fact be deceiving myself and the damage by self deceiving isn’t any less than trying to play mind games with others.
