It's not the first time Michael Francis Wiley has taken police in Florida on a high speed chase. The remarkable part is that Wiley has no arms and only one leg. For about eight minutes on Friday, Wiley, 40, sped through the streets of downtown New Port Richey, Florida until the police called off the chase out of fear for the public's safety. New Port Richey Police issued an immediate arrest warrant for Wiley who was soon apprehended and now awaits trial for various traffic and drug charges.
