It's official that Ekta Kapoor will not be accepting Rajeev Khandelwal's invitation to the premiere of Aamir. Reason – She will be off to Tirupati to pray for his success along with the success of Sarkar Raj, reports Mumbai Mirror.
Sarkar Raj, releasing on June 7 (Ekta's birthday) is going to be distributed by Balaji and Kapoor doesn't want to leave any stone unturned to assure its success.
What’s the manliest tool you’ve got in your repertoire. Is it a chisel ground blade with reverse brush radius like this Strider large hatchet wrapped in cord? Is it a pound of S7 steel coated with black oxide with cutting edges on not only the blade but the underside of the head? Does it slide [...]
AP has a truly bizarre piece out today–it is internally contradictory and at times simply deceptive. AP claims that both presidential candidates are seeking "centrist answers in Iraq", neglecting to mention that Obama's position is the one that actually reflects mainstream opinion about what to do in Iraq, while McCain's position reflects a continuation of the Bush "stay the course" ap
“Hatchet” by Gary Paulson is a Newberry Honor Award survival story. The story’s main character is Brian, a young teen with divorced parents. His father works in Alaska. While flying to visit his father for the summer, the plane’s pilot has a

I like Joe Girardi and his no-nonsense personality. I also like that the Yankees aren’t going to let their own get bullied anymore. What I don’t want to happen though, is for the Yankee class to start slipping away. The Yankees gained a lot of respect under Joe Torre, and became known as a [...]

Hatchet is an upcoming 2007 slasher film from Ariescope Pictures. Set in the Louisiana bayou, it is the story of the legend of Victor Crowley. A group of tourists discover that the legend is real and more horrifying than they ever imagined. It features an all-star horror cast that includes Kane Hodder (Friday the 13th), Robert Englund (A Nightmare on Elm Street), Tony Todd (Candyman), Mercedes McNab (Buffy The Vampire Slayer) and Joshua Leonard (The Blair Witch Project). Hatchet is billed as “a throwback to the glory days of horror that literally saws the face off the ’slasher film’ as you know it.” The film is not to be confused with Gary Paulsen’s young adult novel Hatchet.
Hatchet was selected for the Fifth Annual Tribeca Film Festival 2006. The film premiered to 5 sold out nights and rave reviews. Variety, the Los Angeles Times, and the New York Times all hailed it as one of the biggest hits of the festival.

I don't buy the "politics as usual" explanation. Just a gut feeling but I think it's some realigment with policy taking place. What's really nasty about it though is for the administration to use "performance issues" as an excuse. Thats something that would most likely follow these people the rest of their professional lives. But whats a few more lives trashed by the White House, it's not like it would be the first time. ~RJHCaptains Quarters article link Who's Carrying The Hatchet At Justice, And Why?Another US attorney has resigned, apparently forced from her job by the Department of Justice, making a total of eight since the beginning of December. Since one normally sees this kind of turnover in the fast-food or housekeeping industries, it does not seem too nosy to ask what the hell is going on at Justice:An eighth U.S. attorney announced her resignation yesterday, the latest in a wave of forced departures of federal prosecutors who have clashed with the Justice Department over

The Cranberries stumbled with their move toward heavier, politically fueled modern rock on To the Faithful Departed, losing fans enamored with their earlier sound. Like many groups that see their stardom fading, the band decided to return after a short hiatus with a mildly updated, immaculately constructed distillation of everything that earned them an audience in the first place. It's immediately apparent that Bury the Hatchet has retreated from the ludicrous posturing that marred To the Faithful. There are no blasts of distorted guitar -- as a matter of fact, there are no songs that even qualify as "rockers" -- and there is little preaching, even on Dolores O'Riordan's most earnest songs. Every note and gesture is pitched at the adult alternative mainstream, which is a good thing. Though they ran away from the dreamy jangle of their first hits, the Cranberries never sounded more convincing than on mid-tempo, folky pop tunes wit

WSJ did a hatchet job on GOOG today, which I think is a major factor in the NDX's fade from the early highs.
Watch AAPL here as it is retesting last week's low and if it holds there is a inverse Head and Shoulders bottom that could be forming on the hourly chart.
RIMM is consolidating nicely after last weeks strong bounce.
