      Hanung Toys plans to buy three firms overseas.
      Hanung Toys and Textiles Ltd. is planning to acquire three overseas companies through deals worth $30 million. Hanung will buy two US-based home furnishings companies and a toymaker in Nanjing (China) in the next two to three months.The Nanjing Company has a capacity to manufacture 10 million toy pieces per annum. The company currently manufactures about 20 million toy pieces at its Noida facility
