You had no choice but to become intimately involved with every little aspect of your touring mates’ lives, and you had to be okay with the things you’d rather not know about otherwise it was just going to be a painfully long tour. So when Melanie got her period, we all learned about Lunapads. We had little choice as they were hanging in our hotel bathroom to dry 7 days of every month. Needless to say, by the time the next tour rolled around, it was me who was drying my Lunapads and educating both male and female about the wonders of cloth pads. I posted this in my LIveJournal but I thought you would all get a kick out of it... I ran into the bathroom to pee for probably the fourth time in 20 minutes. Robert usually follows me in there, and he did--for a moment. He walked in and walked out, but I didn't think anything of it. I figured he was around the corner playing with the cat or something. Well, it turns out that when I came in from picking up Chinese food for dinner, I forgot to close the gate in the hallway. It blocks the hallway off between the downstairs bathroom and the garage door. It also prevents access to the downstairs guest room, the basement stairs, and the laundry room. So I come out of the bathroom and I don't see Robert anywhere. I realize that I left the gate open. The basement door is closed, so no problem there. He isn't in the guest room. Then I hear him happily talking to himself. He is in the laundry room. And guess what else is in the laundry room? The litter box! *...shudders... I'm sure those
