I always feel like my life is about an inch from sinking, that I am just barely keeping my head up so that I don’t drown. I know, I know, I should have more confidence. Yet, I don’t and I never have. I say and do arrogant things but it’s really to compensate for the self-loathing that defines me internally. This school year will be the end of me.
