Finally, back to the graphite study I started a long while back. I apologize for the delay everyone. I need to start finishing these before I post them.
1. I start by shading the branch in the upper right corner that is pealing and underneath another branch.
2. I shade in the branch on the left that is running vertically.
3. I shade in the branch running diagonally from underneath the leaf’s underside.
4. There is a branch with neat textures that I shade coming out from under the leaf on the left side. Even though I like its texture, I am careful not to add too many details to avoid distracting from the main focus (the leaf).
5. Now I begin on the branch in the top right corner working from the background to the foreground. It is on top of the branch with pealing bark. I want to build up the strength of the composition in a logical manner that will convey solidity. I start out using a 0.3mm pencil, as there are many fine li
First I searched on "resistance materials" and found a chart that includes tungsten, from which I found that the resistivity of tungsten is listed as 5.6x10-8 ohm-meters. I then did a separate search on "graphite resistance" and found a table listing the resistivity of graphite as 7.8x10-6 ohm-meters. Materials with lower resistivity are better conductors, so from these data I conclude that tungsten is a better conductor than graphite
This product is a MUST have for anyone who lives in a cold climate. Essentially it is a sleeping bag that fits perfectly into an infant car seat. The back of the bunting bag has holes so that the straps can go through and secure baby. One thing we did notice is that Baby would sometimes get hot. You have to make sure that you don't have too many layers on Baby and then put him in this fleece and wool bunting bag. If you warm your car up, you would want to consider unzipping the bunting bag once you are in the car. This is my buddy Spot. He was my friend KR's horse for over 20 years. He was good in front of a camera or a sketchbook, and his easy temperament made him a pleasure to sketch. He's buried in a grassy meadow where he spent the last decade of his life, riding trails and showing off for the mares. Barbaro's death this week made me think of Spot. People have relationships with their horses for 20-30 years. Losing them must be incredibly difficult. I've been thinking about the folks that worked and played and lived with Barbaro.
