The PlayStation 3-exclusive Gran Turismo 5 Prologue is available at either retail stores or available for purchase and a 1.87GB download at the PlayStation Store for a price of $39.99 / £24.99 / €39.99. The download is so much smaller than the retail version, because you won't be loading any cinematics until you choose to play them in-game via the GT TV, once you do they'll be downloaded from the server. Secondo quanto riportato da Gamespot, Gran Turismo 5 Prologue potrebbe essere rilasciato entro l’anno sul PlayStation Network come download gratuito.  La cosa sembrerebbe essere trapelata nel corso della Games Convention 2007 di Lipsia, per bocca di Kazunori Yamauchi, ma resta da confermarsi ufficialmente. Questa sorta di anticipo di quello che sarà poi Gran Turismo 5 potrebbe quindi essere scaricabile dal PlayStation Network senza alcun costo, a differenza di quando accadde per il precedente prologo, quello di GT4, che fu invece commercializzato a prezzo ridotto. I have a xbox 360 and a Playstation 3 and i do own a copy of Forza 2 and i feel like the game is just a ripoff of Forza 1 with HD Models and 98% of the cars are just the same cars from the last gens game, but looking at the video of Gran Turismo 5 : Tearing Up The Track , I must say that GT5 might kill Forza 2, Just watch this video below and tell me what you think, i personally am supriesed to see a Sony title look this good. I love my racing games, but I cannot think of another game that looks as good as the upcoming Gran Turismo 5 Prologue. The photorealistic graphics are amazing (check the video below); watch the cars go round the turns like you were watching a live TV race. There should be around 700 vehicles, racing online with about 20 other cars and the incredible graphics just show that GT is king.
