OK I want a show of hands here - how many people are totally upset with the US government changing their minds on what and where the $700 billion bail out will be spent or given to? In the past week alone the head of the treasury department has announced changes to where the money is going and right now it seems every large corporation in the USA wants a part of it including the big 3 auto makers
It is very clear that within weeks to months, absent any government help, GM will fail.
With that failure so will go hundreds of thousands if not millions of jobs, and hundreds of billions of US revenue. It will likely cascade to many related industries.
