I played nine holes at Queens Park Golf Club back in 1997, the year I moved back to Crewe from Leeds. My mate Alan was a keen golfer and suggested the town course as it was a) fairly cheap and b) not far to travel and c) a relatively easy course. It wasn't up to much back then; there was debris on various bits of the course, a couple of local scroats shouted abuse from the sidelines and a couple of the greens were carved up. But it was the local course. I popped along the other day to see what had changed. Not a lot, to be honest. Same old (small, perfectly formed) club house and shop, tatty road leading to the car park, loads of graffiti on the wall that borders the Queens Park perimeter. The really daft thing is the circular road (Queens Park Drive) that loops around the park. Basically, you can't drive all of the way round. Jones Creek subdivision is set around a beautiful golf course in Evans, GA not more than fifteen minutes from downtown Augusta, GA.
Jones Creek is located in the corner created by the intersection of Evans to Lock Road and Fury’s Ferry. On the other corner is the edge of Westlake Country Club. Only 6 miles away is the prestigious Augusta National Golf Club. It can certainly be said that this portion of Evans contains the most desirable homes in the area!
To enter into Jones Creek using the front entrance, approach from the direction of the Riverwatch Parkway. Once on Fury’s Ferry Road you would take a left onto Evans to Locks Road. Only a few hundred yards down you will find Jones Creek on your right.
There is a back entrance farther down Fury’s Ferry Road on your left. This entrance is Hammond’s Ferry Road.

To fully live a luxurious life in UAE, in particular Ras al-Khaimah, you can't go without a full golf membership. Well, on top of their membership at the Hilton Beach Club, Devante's parent's also have a full family membership at the Tower Links Golf Club in RAK. This place was amazing, a full 18 hole course (the back nine holes are floodlit for night play), two driving ranges, putting and chipping area, a stacked pro shop, gym, restaurant, you name it, it's all here.
Our schedule was very limited so I did not get a chance to rip up a few rounds or two. However, I did get to experience their driving range on real grass (it still boggles my mind how much water is wasted to keep the grass green and healthy in the DESERT!) and unlimited buckets of balls--it was great. Upon pulling into the parking lot, an attendant immediately came and whisked away our clubs and loaded them into a power cart. Next thing you know, we were being chauffeured to the driving range.
