Coheed & Cambria, Gogol Bordello, Rodrigo & Gabriela
      1. Coheed & Cambria regresa a México. 3. La última, Rodrigo & Gabriela

CD Review: Gogol Bordello's Super Taranta!
Bordello’s got some wit, sure; the hysterical “American Wedding” (“Have you ever been to American wedding?/ Where is the vodka, where is marinated herring?”) and the cynical “Your Country” (“Your country raised you/ Your country fed you/ And just like any other country it will break you”) are proof that frontman/songwriter Eugene Hütz is actually a very clever man with some intelligence.

      Gogol Bordello - Gypsy Punks
Thanks to FijneWIET"Gypsy Punks Underdog World Strike" -- a mad mixture of gypsy, punk, reggae, Latin and who knows what else. It's more than a little insane, as it spins without warning from one style to the next. But the energy and spirit make that a good kind of insanity.

Gogol Bordello Ditches Scottish Fest For Live Earth
One of the best bands at Bonnaroo a few weeks back was Gogol Bordello, a group I'd never heard prior to its show. The band’s gypsy punk rocked, it was fun and full of energy, and the lead singer played Elijah Wood’s buddy in Everything is Illuminated. Good times all around. Now, the band has abandoned the much smaller Scottish T in the Park festival to play Live Earth on July 7.

      Gogol Bordello - Super Taranta!
We started wearing purple, wearing purple on their previous record Gypsy Punks Underdog World Strike.. Now on Super Taranta!, we are all going to be drunk! Super Taranta! has long playing lentgh, and a lot of Gogol Bordello's same gypsy punk goes here and there. Alcohol which is the most alcoholic and moody song of the record is my favorite cut. Although singer/lyricist Eugene Hutz sometimes [[ This is a content summary only. Visit my website for full links, other content, and more! ]]

That was then, but now globalization has got them in its grip, and Gogol Bordello set about crashing through national boundaries, reconnecting the cultural links borders have severed. If a fire and fury for life fed the soul of the gypsy, the Slav, and the punk, it also lay at the heart of hard roc
