Hell yea! This is probably my favorite Gogol Bordello song, and is a constant in my current playlist. It has everything I like with Gogol: a barrage of instruments, short catchy phrases, and a whole lotta energy. Let's take a closer look at the meaning of Not a Crime shall we?At first one would think the song is about drugs, its legalization etc., specifically marijuana. I know that's what I thoug

1. Coheed & Cambria regresa a México. Thanks to FijneWIET"Gypsy Punks Underdog World Strike" -- a mad mixture of gypsy, punk, reggae, Latin and who knows what else. It's more than a little insane, as it spins without warning from one style to the next. But the energy and spirit make that a good kind of insanity.
One of the best bands at Bonnaroo a few weeks back was Gogol Bordello, a group I'd never heard prior to its show. The bands gypsy punk rocked, it was fun and full of energy, and the lead singer played Elijah Woods buddy in Everything is Illuminated. Good times all around. Now, the band has abandoned the much smaller Scottish T in the Park festival to play Live Earth on July 7.
We started wearing purple, wearing purple on their previous record Gypsy Punks Underdog World Strike.. Now on Super Taranta!, we are all going to be drunk! Super Taranta! has long playing lentgh, and a lot of Gogol Bordello's same gypsy punk goes here and there. Alcohol which is the most alcoholic and moody song of the record is my favorite cut. Although singer/lyricist Eugene Hutz sometimes
