Very good thumb drive for the price. I work in a IT setting and it does everything I need. The reason I chose this drive over others is that it doesn't have that preinstalled encryption program. This is great because I transfer files across multiple operating systems and don't have time to set up every machine I work with. Sony PSP is the thing to look for.First impression.... Absolutely amazing piece of hardware. The only color I had as an option was black..........I couldn't take my eyes off for full 2 minutes when I first saw this gizmo, the shear built quality takes your breath away. Screen is HUGE, no matter how many images you have seen online but when you see the actual stuff, you seriously drop a jaw. It looks high tech, complicated, and beautiful. Screen specs....is a 4.3-inch widescreen TFT LCD that displays 16.77 million colors at a resolution of 480-by-272. With last few days being very busy, I missed Gizmo5 launch. But customary visit to Andy abramson' webpage to catch up with few days fixed that. Gizmo5 is focused on providing Voice and IM services to mobile folks, which I am a part of. I am not a person who is always wanted to be connected. But I want to be able to be online when I need to and that turns out to be always ;).One other thing Andy Pointed out was the lack of communication mediums at ITEXPO. I was at ITEXPO before leaving on another venture and needed to be connected but that forced me to get up early and stay at my friends apartment whole morning to get some work done. A new improved version of Gizmo Project’s VoIP client for Nokia dual mode (WiFi+cellular) handsets is now available from the Nokia Labs website. It is worth the upgrade, since it has a lot of bug fixes compared to the previous version, which was built for Nokia N80 handset. The new version works nicely on most Nokia S60 devices (with Wi-Fi) including the Nokia N95.
In related news, Gizmo’s desktop client can now connect to AOL’s AIM and MSN instant messaging networks networks. Now if they can get iChat, Jabber and Yahoo working, you could have one single client open instead of two right now: Adium and Gizmo. Interestingly, You could already make free voice calls to people using Yahoo Messenger and Windows Live IM networks, in addition to those who are using Jabber, Google Talk and Gizmo Project.

Joseph and Matthew decided today that surely if they can cut their own hair and Timmy and Scooters than surely they can clip the dogs hair. We had shaved down three other dogs a few weeks ago but poor Gizmo was still waiting. Poor Gizmo....he has a few bald spots but they'll grow out. At one point the boys wanted to quit but I told them it was more important to learn to finish projects they start. I did volunteer Sean to help hold the dog and I clipped his face myself as no way was Gizmo going to let them that near his face. The end result was not all that bad for something that was a first time thing for the boys. They are happy with the end result and proud of themselves.
