It looks like Lane Garrison has been assigned to serve time at the Richard J. Donovan Correctional Facility in San Diego, CA. He was transferred from the Twin Towers Faciliy on November 20th. This is where Garrison will spend up to 40 months after pleading guilty to felony vehicular manslaughter and driving under the influence after he got in a car crash, which caused the death of 17-year-old boy and left a 15-year-old girl injured. Former Prison Break star, Lane Garrison has been moved to the California Institute for Men, for 90 days.A hearing will be held on October 31 and it will be determined if Garrison will either be set free on probation or serve more prison time according to TMZ.Garrison was intoxicated whilst driving on the night of December 2, 2006, when he crashed his Range Rover, killing 17-year-old Vahagn Setian. Two teenage girls in the car were also seriously injured.

Prison Break star and royal fucking idiot Lane Garrison has somehow managed to get his DUI sentencing delayed for 90 days while he has an evaluation in jail to determine whether or not he can be put on probation rather than serve extended time for DUI and vehicular manslaughter. You may recall that last December Lane went completely looney tunes and decided that it would be alright to boot for fifteen year olds that approached him at the grocery store to buy them booze. Tomorrow is the big day that happens twice a year, when up to 85 artists gather in Garrison New York to paint the town and the Hudson River. Each artist has the day to paint on location, and returns the completed painting to the gallery at Garrison Art Center, framed, by 3pm. The paintings are hung on display and auctioned Saturday night. I’ll be out painting with the rest of them! I haven’t chosen my location yet, but knowing me, I’ll probably paint somewhere along the Hudson River in Garrison or Cold Spring.
Simultaneously, there is a silent auction ongoing in another gallery at Garrison Art Center. Those paintings are brought by many of the same artists who go out painting. Lane Garrison the star of the U.S hit TV series Prison Break has been charged with manslaughter and drunken driving, as the car he was driving killed a 17-year-old boy last year.
Garrison was charged with a number of counts including felony vehicular manslaughter while intoxicated also felony driving with a blood-alcohol level above the .08 percent legal limit causing injury, felony driving under the influence causing injury to multiple victims as well as misdemeanour count of furnishing alcohol to a minor.
This does not look good for the 26 year old and if found guilty he could face up to 6 to 8 years in prison.

TMZ is reporting that sources from the Beverly Hills Police Department confirm that Lane Garrison, one of the stars of "Prison Break," was driving the SUV that crashed into a tree, resulting in the death of a 17-year-old male passenger.
Two 15-year-old girls inside the vehicle were also injured, one critically.
The vehicle reportedly jumped a curb and hit a tree on Saturday night in Beverly Hills. Authorities had been trying to determine who drove the SUV, which was registered to Garrison.

TMZ has learned that "Prison Break" star Lane Garrison has hired powerhouse defense attorney Harland Braun in connection with last Saturday's fatal car accident.
Lane was at the wheel in his Land Rover on Saturday night when it crossed a median in Beverly Hills and crashed into a tree. A 17-year-old boy sitting in the backseat was killed and two 15-year-olds were injured. Braun tells TMZ that Garrison had never met the three teenagers before the night of the accident. Braun says

Today's work consisted of finishing off this big painting. Whew! For those wo like to see things in progress, below is an image of how things began. I worked off both a computer monitor and printed photo, and used them more or less as a springboard to create the painting. I washed the background with yellows to start. This would give the feeling of the light filtering through the fall leaves as I added more layers. Once that yellow wash was on the canvas, I went right to the darkest darks and mapped out the painting in light and shadow.
The image below gives you an idea of how I go about laying in the leaves and colors. From there, I probably had about another six-eight hours to go to complete the painting.
