French developer/publisher Ubisoft who as you all know are behind the Splinter Cell series, the Rainbow Six series etc have recently announced that they plan on taking over Gameloft’s Pune based mobile phone game development studio in a bid to enter the Indian mobile game development market.Here’s what Gameloft’s country manager Ravi Kumar had to say about this acquisition, "We’ll now have a global resource pool to work with. Non ho visto il film e nemmeno lo vedrò… Il gioco è un clone di tanti altri (sembra uno degli ultimi episodi di Prince of Persia con il look rifatto) e quindi non brilla certo per originalità, ma alcuni mostri sono davvero enormi e si lasciano mazzolare che è un piacere. Grafica notevole!

Il filone dei giochi strizza-cervello è ormai piuttosto ricco e praticamente non esiste console portatile che non abbia il suo bel giochino per tenere allenata la mente. Lo schema che viene seguito da B.C.2 non porta particolari novità, quindi mi limito a proporvi il video di prova:

Ricordate il gioco Playstation? Una specie di fumetto interattivo a ritmo di cazzotti. Non sono mai riuscito a trovare il primo XIII convertito j2me nel formato adatto al 6233… Poco male, perchè stavolta il 2° episodio arriva dritto dritto sui nostri gioiellini Nokia. Non spreco molte parole: il gioco è frenetico, la grafica è un vero capolavoro (un fumetto interattivo da 598 kb!)… Ed è proprio il gioco ideale se volete prendere (almeno virtualmente) a calci nel di dietro qualcuno (un dipendente della Norton ad esempio, tanto per stare in tema col post precedente!).

La nostra avventura si svolgerà in tre diversi luoghi: il castello medievale, la foresta e la città perduta (19 livelli in tutto). Il titolo propone un gameplay molto vicino ai giochi di ruolo per PC, con una serie di quest da completare e varie caratteristiche da potenziare avanzando di livello. Ragazzi, è davvero un gioco incredibile: oltre 500 kb e grafica da urlo. Il gioco non si limita a porvi domande, ma lo fa’ arricchendole con disegni, grafici, animazioni assolutamente a tema e pertinenti!
Insomma potrò mandare a quel paese (no, dai, diciamo solo potrò imitarla tutto vestito di bianco su una poltrona del valore di svariate migliaia di euro…) la cara Nicole Kidman (adorabile in questo spot…) ! ! !
