Poor Rod, having been discredited on the Inquiry he did in Southall's CNEP trials and having been criticised for his behaviour on the Ward 87 ( North Staffordshire NHS Trust) study, he moves to propagate his fame in various journals. Actually, it is so we can see how incompetent he really was when it came to these two important reviews. The Guardian publishes a piece called Senior doctors allege lack of evidence on fluoride safety. It said "The government is accused by senior doctors today of selectively using inadequate evidence to promote the use of fluoride in the water supply. The public health measure, intended to improve the country's teeth, has attracted huge controversy. Anti-fluoride campaigners claim the chemical has potentially harmful side-effects, while dentists and some public health experts insist it is entirely beneficial and saves children from tooth decay. Many have often called us the "A Team" for obvious reasons. I am wanted by the General Medical Council for the crimes of writing material contrary to establishment practices. Having won in court in the strike out application on R Pal v General Medical Council et al, we decided to retire. Nevertheless, after their decision on Professor Griffiths Ex Director of Public Health West Midlands NHS Executive we decided to come out of retirement and hit it to them one more time with a judicial review. In effect their decision means the following 1. Any junior doctor whistleblowing under the GMC's Whistleblowing Protocol can be accused of being insane. The director of public health is normally the first port of call for all whistleblowing concerns. There is no accountability for this manner of behaviour. In effect the GMC has currently sanctioned
The problem with the GMC is that they play the establishment game. They also assume that simply because we are minions and people without a CBE, OBE and DBE, we are less intelligent than they are. This week I was given the judgment of Professor Griffiths assessment at the GMC. Well, it was an expected disappointment. One that sealed the fact for me that the GMC had made no improvements in their systems and their secretive screeners were just as incompetent as ever. My main complaints were 1. That he had lied to the GMC regarding the findings on Ward 87 North Staffordshire NHS Trust2. That he had mishandled a audit thereby making the results inaccurate. 3. That he had smeared my character with the sole purpose of discrediting anything I had to say. 4. That he contiued to mislead the GMC and because he had a CBE they would take his word as gospel. I was afterall a junior doctor at the time. He did what Professor's do - covered up for his colleague Professor Temple. The language used here
