From SConnerI wrote a letter to my local newspaper Bible Sends Frightening Messages and a few weeks later I received a letter (ground mail) from a person, who had to set me straight, on what the Bible really, means. I would love your responses, so I can send them to him, personally and then give him the web address to Exchristian. I’m hoping he has an email, but I suspect that maybe he does not.

The legacy of Plum Island Animal Disease Center is not one of promise and prosperity it is one of security breaches, enviromental releases and funding cuts. The funding and the grants will be of benefit to the business special interest, Academia and Universities not surrounding communities. The community will be left with what New York residents are being left with, a dangerous bio hazard on a massive scale. Let's back up - it worked a little, but not 100%. The right side of my body was happily pain free but the left side of my body was screaming. It was this pinching feeling, like my body from left leg to left shoulder was caught in a vice and someone was twisting. And
By: Elmo Kandel At some time in their childhood almost all children experience the sleep disorder of having a nightmare. They are common in children and can begin as early as two years old. They are most common in children between three and twelve years old and are considered part of the normal developmental process. However, only about 3 percent, experience night terrors, also called sleep terrors. Both of these sleep disorders can be very frightening to a child.Nightmares are dreams that are so frightening that they wake the person up. Everyone has had nightmares occasionally throughout their life and they usually are not something to worry about. Nightmares occur several hours after going to sleep during the REM stage of sleep when there is general body paralysis and active dreaming.A child can remember the nightmare once they awake and they still remember it in the morning. Sometimes this nightmare sleep disorder can become a problem if the child has nightmares very often and becom
A group art show entitled “Just Britney” is opening this week, and it is composed of over thirty pieces made by different artists inspired by Britney Spears. The above has to be my favorite. She must have sat for this one, otherwise I don’t understand how they could have gotten the eyes so perfect.

One would think that just raising this group of kids would be enough for me to worry about but now I have a whole new set of worries that culminated last night with our having to once again call in the police. For the third time last night we caught a man on our property in the bushes with binoculars looking into our upstairs bedrooms. He took off running and was not caught. We made this same report to the police back in November when we noticed him late at night again with binoculars.....must be night vision ones ? He wasn't caught then either but the police kind of brushed it off as maybe a private detective investigating our worrisome teens. Then two weeks ago a man fitting his descriptions tried to get in our front door at 2 :00 AM. He ran off when he realized an adult was up in the house who saw him. This has really set me off on a worrying spree. This guy is getting more and more brazen. All I can keep thinking about is how in both the Cooey case here in Florida and the
How did I miss this? Am I the only one who's missed this?I've heard chains rattling about an alleged "conspiracy" regarding the 9-11 tragedies, but I'm just not that much of a conspiracy buff and generally file them into the "OK, whatever" file in my brain until definitive information comes along--and it seldom does. This, however, appears to be a very legitimate report on the business and financial connections between the Bush family and the bin Laden family. (Ya know...it always has seemed funny to me that we can find Saddam in a hole in the ground but have yet to nab this afghani terrorist.) Hmmmmm.....If this is true, I can only say, "Be afraid. Be very afraid."Congress Must Cut Off Bush Family War Profits.by Evelyn Pringle Excerpt: The Bush family's connections to the Osama bin Laden's family seem almost surreal. On September 28, 2001, two weeks after 9/11, the Wall Street Journal reported that, "George H.W. Bush, the father of President Bush, works for the bin Laden family
I wanted to tip my hat towards Janine Cate over at Why Homeschool. She has a great post on a frightening issue happening in New Jersey. Apparently one judge has some “issues” with homeschooling and is using his position . See Homeschoolers in the news.

There are many things in sports that have to be scary. Going across the middle and stretching to catch a pass in the NFL. Having a 95 mile per hour fastball bearing down on your head as you stand at the plate. But there can be little in sports that's scarier than being in a pack of about 20 racecars going close to 200 miles per hour in a NASCAR race. Wait, we just found something even scarier.
