The Book of Five Rings by Miyomoto Musashi is one of the greatest texts on strategy ever to be written. I am so grateful for my THINGS but ashamed of the clutter excess. In the last week I have been de cluttering and at same time helping a family in need or rather their children.A young family with a 4yr, 18mon, 8 mon old and she is also 9-10 weeks pregnant...staying with people we know . If you think Friday the 13ths is the unluckiest days, think again. Study shows that Friday the 13ths is luckier than other Fridays. "I find it hard to believe that it is because people are preventatively more careful or just stay home, but statistically speaking, driving is a little bit safer on Friday 13th," CVS statistician Alex Hoen told the Verzekerd insurance magazine. In the last two years, D

No,this is not about the challenges I am facing.During the last two weeks when I have had a few spare minutes I have been challenged by this - money ! or rather spending it NOT. I am grateful for all that I have ... money to spend (well not as much as I like or need but enough) . I can eat buy all the food I want need , access medical care for myself and my children , we are buying our home and we have a comfortable lifestyle (yes though we still work hard).I have received this by email several times and another one similar about putting things in perspective (it is at the end)If we were to break down the population of the world into a small community of 100 people, keeping the same percentages we have today, it would end up something similar to this : 61 Asians12 Europeans08 North Am

I'm thinking about what type of posts would be best on the Wardman Wire on Fridays

What ends up happening is fairly interesting and it happens in many industries. Often, the [...]

Sorry I was so late in this. I've been awful busy improving my blogs and working on some new posts. Here's the second wave of C.O.P.S. Finally, today is Friday. Whew. Long week. I guess that’s to be expected, the week after vacation. I want to go curl up in front of the TV with the dogs and my knitting and a blanket and relax.
I am going to attempt to go to Thunder Paws Flyball practice on Sunday, with both Chase, the border collie, and Tatum, the collie. Tatum needs the socialization, and Chase needs the exercise. Maybe someone can run Chase for me. I do still need to stay off my ankle. Even though it’s getting better and the pills help so I don’t fell the pain as much. But still, it needs to heal.
I want to put together my wardrobes at home… and I shouldn’t, with my ankle. And I want bathroom vanities for the house too, but that’ll all have to wait.

It's that time again! Home from school each day,Another one rides the bus.Such a big girl now.OK, it isn't as bad as the Weird Al song, but Cordy is now taking the bus home from preschool each day. You can do one or many, all following a theme or just random. What's a haiku, you ask? Click here.2. Sign the Mister Linky below with your name and the link to your haiku post (the specific post URL, not your generic blog URL). We will delete your link if it doesn't go to a haiku. If you need help with this, contact Jennifer or myself.3. Pick up a Haiku Friday button to display on the post
