Strawberry freezer jam recipe ingredients:
4 cups crushed fresh strawberries
8 cups sugar
2 packages dry pectin
1 1/2 cup water
Making freezer jam instruction:
Mix crushed strawberries with sugar, and let them stand for 30 minutes.
Stir the pectin into the water to boil in low heat for 1 minute. Pour the boiling water with pectin into the strawberries and stir it good. Set aside your homemade jam for 5 minutes to thicken, stirring it occasionally.
Pour your fruit jam into storage containers, cover them with tight lids and let them stand at room temperature for 24 hours (you’ll get about 10 cups of jam).
Store the jam in refrigerator for up to 3 weeks or in freezer for up to 1 year.
Remove jam from freezer 1 hour before you want to use it.

As odd as it may seem, it actually does work. I have used it many times, and actually I did it earlier today. Here is what I do:- Take out your "struck" hard drive and put it into a ziploc bag. If you can, put the hard drive in some sort of non-static case like an external HD enclosure or an anti-static bag, then put it in the ziploc bag. Ziploc bags can have static which can fry the electronics, which is why an anti-static bag is also needed.- Get as much air out of the bag as you can, then seal it very tight. Make sure no air can get in or out, as condensation can destroy your hard drive.- Put the bag into a freezer, make sure the HD is flat!- Leave it in for a few minutes/hours, then take it out and enjoy.
