Colorado Congressman Tom Tancredo has the guts to tell it like it is about the threat from illegal immigration and Islamic terrorists all in one quick new campaign commercial. As far as I am concerned, this is the closest yet that any candidate for the Presidency has come to actually confronting the greatest and most dire issue of our time: Islamism. Tancredo deserves high praise for this campaign spot, but I guarantee he will get just as much or more negative attention for being so bold, because that is the state of this nation of ours; we are constantly mislead by a Leftist media that is expert at playing ‘See no Evil, hear no Evil’ when it comes to the Islamist agenda.

FORT WORTH (globest.com) – Dallas-based Prescott Realty Group has purchased the more than 241,000-square-foot Summit Office Park in the city's central business district.
The two eight-story buildings at 1200 and 1300 Summit Ave. are 93 percent leased to 51 tenants. The nine-acre property includes a three-story parking garage.
Prescott plans to upgrade the lobby, common areas and chiller system. Renovation will begin within the next two months.
Connecticut-based GE Real Estate provided financing with a five-year loan at a less than 7 percent fixed interest rate. GE also fully funded a $5.6 million reserve pool to cover renovations, leasing commissions and tenant improvements.

An orca whale has been spotted hunting seals in the Forth estuary around the bridges. I was in South Queensferry today but unfortunately did not manage to sight the whale. Evidently the best views have been caught by maintainence workers on the rail bridge.

Roanoke College poll reflects tight senate race
A Roanoke College poll shows Republican Senator George Allen with a three point lead over Democratic challenger Jim Webb. It is within the survey's margin of error.
"These results suggest that this seat is still up for grabs," said Dr. Harry Wilson, the director of the Center for Community Research.
Dr. Wilson said the poll also shows strong support for for the marriage amendment, with 53% saying they'll vote for it.
Keep in mind that Marriage Amendments have been good for voter turnout for Republicans. In a state where it may come down to GOTV, it might make the difference.
