All Mo'Kelly can say is...WOW! (Once again, the names and identifying bits of information have been changed to protect the identities of these individuals.) The deep ish is coming out now!In short, it seems that although Underwood did not gain the prerequisite amount of votes (plurality versus majority) Underwood's supporters contend (and have advertised) that she is in fact the International Pre

Currently, the USD interest rate in the US is around 3%/year while the rate in Viet Nam stands at 6%/year. This has led a lot of overseas Vietnamese to transfer money to banks in Viet Nam for more profit.
Visiting Viet Nam in early 2008 opened an effective and low risk business window for Mr Tan, a Vietnamese-American. He decided to transfer all of his savings (around 250,000 USD) from a local

First, Mena Suvari made headlines with her thong bikini and ass being grabbed while having fun in the sun. Which might I add were extremely hot pictures. Now I see this set of her in some white flowing dress showing off some deep cleavage like its nothing. Mena, all I can say is keep up the good work. More pics below. Six months of aggressive interest-rate cuts by the Federal Reserve may be good for the economy, but it’s bad news for many seniors who rely on fixed-income investments. As costs for such things as heat and healthcare have continued to rise, the income you can get on safe, fixed-rate instruments has been slashed in half. That [...]
In this tutorial we will create a flowing liquid effect in Photoshop. We'll use for this an image of a overturned glass and make it look like the contents of the glass is spilled on the surface the glass sits on.
Now that my writer bug is on full tilt, it seems other aspects of my need to create are kicking in as well. I'm presently trying to work on a completely new class format that's just more kick ass than anything I've ever done. I've been experimenting with my class members (my favorite little lab bunnies) by changing up the formats from some of my classes. They have alot to look forward to in the next upcoming month or so. lolSee, I think that no matter how well you do something, after a while it can still get a little stale if you don't look into ways to take it to the next level, or even just flip it completely. I'm sure that just about everything that's doable in fitness has been done, but that being said, you can still find a way to add your own personal twist to something. Also, now

The investment environment in Vietnam continued to be improved. In particular, 2007 was the second year since the Investment Law and Corporate Law have been promulgated with more transparent regulations. Though these laws still need to be perfected, they have helped revitalise investment and trading activities, encouraging localities in promoting investment, simplifying investment procedures and supporting investors to carry out their projects after being licensed.
When Louis M. Martini in St. Helena was acquired by E. & J. Gallo in 2002 there were questions about what would change at the vintner. One of the biggest changes is that more people can now find Martini wines at retail thanks to the power of Gallo's distribution arm.We made a stop at the winery during our recent visit to the Napa Valley and while waiting Michael Martini, who was running late from another appointment, we sampled a range of wines. The winery turns out quite a range of price points and styles, including labels like Ghost Pines that have been brought back since the Gallo acquisition.Martini, who is Master Winemaker at winery that was founded by his grandfather, joined us during our tasting and took us on a tour of the winemaking facility. Along the way we sampled some wine straight from the tanks and discussed the perils of wine stained teeth.Louis M. Martini has been a part of the California wine scene since 1938. In that time it has seen trends come and go. The "Sideway

Creativity can lead us towards tomorrow. Creativity accepts that life is organic, not static or structured. Creativity allows the flow to happen.
Static boundaries create division, a loose canvas allows new forms to emerge. This is what our world needs a new form away from static divisive boundaries.
Michaelangelo’s magnificent ceiling `The Sistine Chapel’ was not defined by straight lines but by magnificent forms merging and flowing into light. This painting heralded a new period in history, a beginning of a new, more expansive faith.
In our own time we are also entering a new age, a time when we will all need to learn to work together if our world is to survive. For this we will need to also look at merging our many divisions to create a new light filled world.
A world in which `The Creative Spirit’ flows with light in each individual.

As promised yesterday "the week of the Lava" continues, so here's another track from the forthcoming The Floor Is Made Of Lava debut album All Juice No Fruit. I've listened to the album a few times now and it's a highly entertaining and very energetic piece that should be able to kickstart any party.+ Told Her I'm From ComptonAnother album getting lots of spins is Here Come The Floods by The state of Samuel. The album will be out on Humblebee Recordings on October 16 and can be ordered from the label's website for the bargain price of USD 9. Despite running for just 28 minutes the album is another fine exponent of the endless stream of wonderful Swedish indie pop. I was introduced to Play Silks while living in California. Marina has some for her kids and there were many others that swore by their qualities.
What is a play silk?
It can be anything. A cape, a blanket, a fort, a skirt, the possibilities are only inhibited by one’s imagination. The play silk flows in a way that no other fabric in the lives of our children does. There is a tactile sensation that is difficult to describe. Ethan, being a baby is very quiet about his imagination play, yet if he is having a tough time, a silk will almost always comfort him. At this point he mostly chews on them, but he will wave them up and down, as it caresses his face.
Becca adores the play silks we have in our tickle trunk. She uses them endlessly, providing an open ended play that I love to watch. I recently dyed a play silk for a three year old boy’s birthday. It was a huge hit!
I use kool aid as a dye, so the silks are non-toxic. I have washed this set to ensure that all the dye h
Dignity is a mans most prized possession and he would no doubt like to hold on to it till the very end of his life. A man works throughout his life to provide the comforts and luxuries for his family. He may also build some assets like a house and such a property is one of the most cherished belonging of any person. However once a person has crossed sixty and reached the retirement age he may suddenly find himself at a crossroad of life where the constant inflow of cash in the form of a monthly salary suddenly stops. This is a time when the retired person needs to be fully prepared and have sufficient amount of liquid cash to manage the regular and unaccounted financial needs that may arise. The morning started off correctly when Aura brought in baskets of homemade scones (courtesy of the ever-thoughtful Anne Marie): currant, hibiscus flower & ginger, or the savory ham & cheese. All was right with the world to get the day going with some coffee and nourishment and, of course, a few bottles of bubbly during our staff meeting before the madness began.
Though this is the smallest turnout of the four open houses we have, the crowds were sizable all weekend (somewhere over 2000 people flowed through the doors). Things seemed to go more smoothly on Sunday, and from what I hear, that’s always the case. Maybe practice does make perfect. Don’t get me wrong—people were having a grand time both days. Plus, BK and my Irish friend accepted my invitation to come visit, and they definitely enjoyed themselves. I even got to walk around at the start of each day, tasting just a handful (mainly new releases) of the 51 wines on hand. I know for a fact the food was

Yesterday, a friend of mine called me to check on me. Wanted to see if I was o.k. since I sent my daughter to her first day of kindergarten. (More details and pics. on that later.)
I said I was fine, not many tears. However, I poured some things on her about other things in my life. We both shared about what God is doing in us, and the struggles we are facing at the same time. Although, yet again, I felt as if I was the one that got the most ministering to. She encouraged me and spoke so much life into my circumstances, then showed up on my door step with flowers, among other things, God bless her!
Lately I have felt like so many have been pouring into me. When she showed up on my doorstep I cried, and told her how I didn’t expect all that she did for me. She said &ldqu

For many a year--ever since I began taking digital photos--I have procrastinated about moving my old photos to digital. However, with the push from this most recent Capricorn New Moon, I have begun a huge undertaking: scanning thousands of photos into my computer, categorizing them, and getting organized by subject, theme, and time period.
I knew this task would be time-consuming, but I had no idea how much satisfaction I would feel in getting organized. And am I ever feeling buzzed about this project! My initial plan was to pace myself and only scan in 100 photos a day, but I'm getting such a charge on this that I am now exceeding that limit!
In the past I've used Flickr and Picture Trail. Picasa drove me absolutely up the wall with its complexity, so I let that program go. My latest love affair is with Slide.
Slide is so easy to use, and they give you many options of how you can arrange your photos as for style, themes, skins, and size. They give you the code to download your

Now you must go back and tell the people that this is The Hour.
And there are things to be considered. Where are you living? What are you doing? What are your relationships? Are you in the right relation? Where is your water? Know your garden.
It is time to speak your truth: Create your community. Be good to each other.
And do not look outside yourself for the leader: This could be a good time!
There is a river flowing now very fast. It is so great and swift that there are those who will be afraid. They will try to hold onto the shore. They will feel they are being torn apart and they will suffer greatly.
Know the river has its destination.
The elders say we must let go of the shore, and push off into the river, keep our eyes open, and our head above the water.
See who is in there and celebrate. At this time in history, we are to take nothing personally. Least of all ourselves. For the moment that we do,

More than 300 glaciers on the Antarctic Peninsula are flowing faster into the ocean, further adding to sea level rise, according to research published this week in the Journal of Geophysical Research.
The researchers, members of the British Antarctic Survey, said warming temperatures, which have already increased summer snow melt and ice shelf retreat on the peninsula, were the most likely cause.
"The Antarctic Peninsula has experienced some of the fastest warming on Earth, nearly three degrees Celsius (5.4 degrees Fahrenheit) over the last half-century," lead study author Hamish Pritchard said in a statement. "Eighty-seven percent of its glaciers have been retreating during this period and now we see these glaciers are also speeding up" as they discarge ice and water into the ocean.
Using radar images from satellites, the researchers tracked the flow rate of more than 300 previously unstudied glaciers on the peninsula's west coast and found a 12 percent increase

The mud is flowing and we couldn't be more pleased! Before the drywall hanging crew had finished, the next crew was here waiting to start. In a day and a half, they have taped everything and now they are going through with the first layer of mud over tape, nails, screws and corners. We can clearly see each room and are sort of questioning ourselves over some of our decisions, but we really like what we see. The rooms seem larger after the drywall goes in. Guess we will have to start focusing on paint colors now!

Some time ago, I read the dip, by Seth Godin. Recently, during conversation, a friend suggested that I revisit the book. So, I picked up my copy and started reading parts of it again. I found much of it seemed new to me and far more relevant than it had before. the dip is about knowing the difference between when to ride out the low points (the dip) and keep working toward your goal and when you'r
