We are currently in the middle of a video game lock-down at our house. It's been an interesting week.Joseph, like many Aspies, has an issue with fixation. He will become so interested in one thing that that's all he wants to talk about or think about. Where Joseph is somewhat atypical is that he has shifted his fixations several times in his life. The first one I ever noticed was with the movie cases for our Disney movies. That was when he was very young, not yet three and he would spend hours looking at them and lining them up in rows. I was never the girl who would willingly pick out anything with a floral print much less put the flowery garb on without a fight, but things have definitely changed. When I'm not gravitating toward the swashbuckling (but not really) sailor look, I've found myself ogling items with pretty floral prints. When the weather goes crazy and can't make up it's mind like it's been doing lately, I start to think if I dress for the weather I want it'll come faster. That's a little thing I call wishful thinking. So, I just wanted to share some of my fave finds.I found a couple of great flowery tops at Forever 21. I love that the shirts are dark because it proves floral doesn't always have to be light and pastels. On the flip side of the almost anti-floral is the extremely girlie and Springy Puella dress at the top.
