      Spring Flower Favourites
Spring Flowers Favourites...currently doing their thing in my back garden I might have said this once or twice before , but Spring is most definitely my favourite time of the year, The green of the tree buds, is so fresh and full of promise and the flowers are definitely grin material after the dull winter.I have a patch of Wood Sorrel in a wooden planter, that I made some years ago, it sits in a shady damp part of my back garden , but the lime green leaves and the white flowers certainly brighten this area up. One of my beds tends to be a bit damper and slightly woodlandy in feel, this is were the Snakes Head Fritillary lives. Char Siu & Hakka Mee @ Restoran Seremban Favourites @ Sunway Mas
There has already been countless posts about the Char Siu at this restaurant. Situated in Sunway Mas, it seems like whoever been to this restaurant, they will rave about their char siu. " Got or not ah ? " , "Got Meh ?", " Sure or not ?", thats the initial reaction when I read all those posts. So I told myself one day I have to go try this place out and I did, so here's my story....I had an appointment with the Jewelery Designer (Wendy), whom also has an office in the vicinity. Whoa.. isn't that the place where the char siu restaurant is at...I sheepishly set the appointment at 1pm during lunch time, so that I could go over to try some char siu.Our discussion finished at about 230pm and I proceeded to the restaurant. There was only a handful of customers left in the restaurant, as the lunch crowd has already dispersed. I sat down, and ordered Hakka Mee, and Char Siu (asked for lean meat). Uncle Bill came and said , its late already, only heads and tails left, he said. B

      Rediscovering Old Favourites
I know all products have a shelf life... the general rule of thumb for those that don't have a use-by date is to have them finished off or thrown out within three years of leaving the factory. But three years is a pretty long time, right? And I honestly don't understand how powder-based products like eyeshadow and a powder blush can really go 'off' and it's these ones that I'm guilty of holding on to. For about 18 months now I've been thoroughly enjoying a gel stick blush. Recently though, I've been compelled to start enjoying the full depth of my makeup bag, browsing through the assorted goodies I keep, and it was here that I rediscovered Mac's 'blushbaby' powder blush. I have no idea why I discarded this to the depths of my makeup bag... it's just the most beautiful colour -

Two of my favourite players at the moment are Lionel Messi and Juan Roman Riquelme. Today they combined for a goal in Argentina's World Cup qualifying match against Colombia. Unfortunately it was to no avail as the previously undefeated Argentinians went down 2-1 in Bogota. Messi does most of the work but Riquelme sets him on his way. Also enjoy the commentary of the obviously Argentinian commentator as he constantly repeats "me gusta" or " I like" as Messi weaves his magic yet again.

      Technorati favourites exchange
One of the blog marketing sites, DoshDosh recently suggested that it may be possible to get into the top 100 favourites on Technorati relatively easily. Whilst we’ve all been beavering away in building up links back to our blogs, it will take a “while” to get to the top 100 linked to blogs as number 100 is currently sitting at over 3000 links. On the other hand, it would only require just over 100 people to favorite us to get into the top 100 favorited blogs which certainly seems in the realms of possibility. Why bother though? Well, being in a top 100 list of anything is almost certain to increase the traffic on the blog and indeed quite likely to increase the number of blogs linking to us for that matter. Anyway, if you’re interested in exchanging favourites in this way you can start the ball rolling by clicking and letting me know that you’ve done it in a comment to this post (quote your Technorati username so I can confirm the link). Fernando Alonso reckons rivals Ferrari are hot favourites to win this year's title
Just two weeks before the opening Formula One race of the season, Alonso revealed that his McLaren team have fallen behind their Italian rivals. And he predicted the legendary Italian team would be pacesetters for the opening round in Melbourne on March 18.Behind them will be a tight fourway dogfight between his McLaren team, Renault, Williams and BMW."Ferrari is a little bit ahead of everybody and doing really quick and consistent times," said the Spaniard. "The other four will be very close on lap times."Close scrutiny of Ferrari by the canny Alonso has revealed some good news - Michael Schumacher's successor at Maranello, Flying Finn Kimi Raikkonen, will not get the same priority treatment.Team-mate Felipe Massa topped the most recent tests and has been given equal status."Everybody thought that Kimi was coming to Ferrari as number one and now they realise that Felipe is very quick as well," said Alonso."It's not a surprise for me. Friday Favourites - My wedding memories
I think there's something in the air, or at least people everywhere have been struck with wedding fever because every where I turn, someone's getting married or having an anniversary or just writing about their weddings. I had this post written out in my head for over a week, since I wrote this, and people asked to see my 'fat wedding photos.' Here we go...I was 18 when I got married. Was it too young? Probably. Do I regret it? Not at all. I had fun planning my wedding, I've been blessed with a great marriage, a beautiful son. Here are my favourite memories...THE DRESSWhen I was back in America, after N and I were engaged, I was at work (a fast food restaurant, classy) and flicking through one of the million wedding magazines I had to have, eyeing up all those hugely expensive, lavish wedding gowns and cursing my bad luck that I wasn't born into family with MONEY. I let out a big sigh and told myself silently that I would find a perfect dress for less money somehow, and that I'd
