Alright, alright I fell off the the wagon. Well, more specifically I fell of the wagon and into melted cheese, pasta, pizza, chicken fingers and all the other crazy stuff I ate on vacation. I will be the first to admit it has been awhile since I did my morning run. Long days at work and travel through me off initially. Then I couldn't sleep, my head phones broke, the dog eat my shoes, yadda yadda.This morning I rolled out of bed, through on my running shoes and hit the road again. I am not sure how many of you are familiar with Florida summers but it was 80 degrees with 4,000 percent humidity at 6:00am. It felt good to sweat. I still owe VC Dan a nice dinner for the little bet we had. Any time you can make it over here Dan... :)
