If you live anywhere near Phoenix, you’ve probably heard of Schnepf farms. They offer a variety of pick-your-own fruits and vegetables, often organic, at market prices (sometimes lower!). You can rent a peach tree for the season, and for $150 have way more peaches than you’ll ever know what to do with. Their annual pumpkin and chili festival runs through October. Being a self-proclaimed pumpkin patch expert, I can say this is the best of the best around Phoenix. For any consumer, getting the products that they are demanding for is the most important thing. However, it also depends on how appealing they are to the eyes of people, something that will catch their attention. While being organic is good, there needs to be that complimentary packaging involved, something that Shamrock Farms was thinking of when they introduced this 96-ouncer bottles which are almost ¾ of a gallon. The new bottle, which is about 3/4 of a gallon, will be used for the company’s organic milk line. The bottles will start appearing in dairy cases in Albertson’s, Bashas’ and Fry’s stores this week, according to a Shamrock Farms presss release. Over the years we have seen a huge growth in the building of wind farms, naturally we all think that this is a great idea. Yet in smaller countries like the UK the wind farms are being built offshore, this is partly because of the limited land available for building on, and the opposition from residents of areas that have been marked as potential wind farm sites.   However there is increasing concern that the construction of these wind farms can be a danger to marine life and in particular whales and dolphins.
