      fantasy art
The first time I came across fantasy art was during my lecturing days in a design school as I was surrounded by a group of creative, young design students who were keen on illustrations. With the advancement of digital medium, they had explored the creativity in fantasy art in new and fresh ways. If you are interested in the realistic illustrations found in fantasy art, don’t miss the newly launched New Masters of Fantasy collection Volume III. Tapping on both the traditional as well as high tech digital art, you can view the illustrations in various styles and combination of artistic techniques.

Much better than what I can possibly write - working on technical manuals has really affected my writing :(There's currently 38 artists featured at the site with at least one new artist (with links to the artists' sites, of course) being featured every week or fortnight - An assumption from the posting frequency of the articles :)I have heard of some of the artists before but there are many other talented artists that I haven't encountered yet. For people new to the fantasy art scene (like me), Blue Moon Rising is an excellent starting point into the enthrall
