A Fairytale book The Tales of Beedle the Bard by Harry Potter author JK Rowling has sold for £1.95million at auction.
Six rivals competed at Sotheby's in central London for the book which hardly anyone has been allowed to read.
JK Rowling said that "I am stunned and ecstatic. It means Christmas has come early for me.â€
The book was bought by retail website Amazon as a thank you to JK Rowling.
All proceeds go to JK Rowling's charity Children's Voice.
The book is one of seven written and illustrated by Rowling the other six went to friends.

I just thought of this ridiculous idea. I was thinking that I would write a quick spin on the Sleeping Beauty story and tape it to the bedroom door for when Jei comes home from work. And then I could get all dressed up and lay on the bed with signs like, “Kiss me!” and corny things like that. I could even deck out the bedroom with those fake cobwebs I used the Halloween party.

Director of Constantine and upcoming I Am Legend, Francis Lawrence has gone all fairytale on us! Kepping it mythological but with a younger target audience, his next film will be Snow and The Seven.
The live action film, set in 19th Century Hong Kong, is about a British girl realises that it is her destiny to fight a mysterious evil force and is trained by Seven Shaolin monks.
The film has been in the development stages for a while now, and the original script (by Josh Harmon and Scott Elder) has been rewritten by Scott Moore and Jon Lucas.
The legend that it Yuen Woo-Ping has already signed up to co-ordinate the fight scenes.
There is little else news about this movie at the moment, but the studio has stressed that the title of this movie is only a working title so be aware it could change soon.
