Being Monday, and being 31 means that I spent a portion of last night watching the much under-used tv and its friends surround sound, and whatever those other gray box thingies are. Ford is giving away a 2008 Taurus and a 2008 Taurus X on ABC’s Extreme Makeover tomorrow night.
If those cars look familiar, you’ve been paying attention to Ford for the past couple years. The Taurus is a rebadged version of the Five Hundred, and the Taurus X is a rebadged version of the Freestyle.
This is interesting to folks following the downtrodden automaker that is Ford these days. Just last year, Ford announced that they had decided to kill the Taurus, which went into production over twenty years ago. Since the Taurus had only been gone for about two months before Ford announced it’s return, this might be the strangest case of decision remorse ever seen in an automakers.

News broke the story that Ty Pennington was arrested Saturday night for allegedly driving under the influence of alcohol. Pennington has just issued the following statement:
"I made an error in judgment. We all make mistakes, however this is about accountability. Under no circumstances should anyone consume alcohol while driving. I could have jeopardized the lives of others and I am grateful there was no accident or harm done to anyone. This was my wake-up call. I also want to apologize to my fans, ABC Television and my design team for my lapse in judgment and the embarrassment I have caused."

Here is a sneak peak of the soon to be Google Adsense login page, I love the new layout, it is so clean and neat and informative, unlike the previous login screen which is kind of boring. Well, I am so used to the old login screen and I guess I need a little bit more time to adapt myself to this new layout. Could this possibly be the default layout for all Google Services? Gmail? Google Doc and others? Time will tell.

I was so shocked when into the Hancock Fabrics nearest my house . . . :wow: . They had completely remodeled and it looks great. The store seems bigger and much brighter. It's so well organized now I don't mind the furniture and home decor items anymore.
I was pretty impressed. They had one of the staff sewing on the new Bernette H70 and a Janome 3434 serger at the front of the store and someone was doing demonstrations of the Janome 300e.
I even entered the drawing for a Singer 7462 sewing machine (Like a need another machine, but hey you can't beat free LOL).
