Just a quick post to ask a question. Do you exercise when you are sick?
Over the past few days I have had a cold. Dealing with the all the symptoms that go along with it is no fun. I've been struggling with weather or not I should continue my workouts, stop them all together or just do some light walking.
Which do you think is the best option?
This is the first time in about a year that I have actually had a cold. (Another benefit of exercise and a healthier lifestyle). But with all the weird weather changes plus 2 kids in 2 schools, the bug finally got me this week.

“I worked out with my trainer throughout my whole pregnancy until about two weeks before. I cried during my last session. I was like, ‘I can’t breathe, I can’t do this anymore. What am I doing?’ It was crazy,” Gwen confessed.
Gwen says weight loss is simple. To burn weight one must burn more calories than they take in. Not a smart idea during pregnancy or breastfeeding for that matter!
