Jetzt hab ich mir das Video «Sweet Sacrifice» 5x angesehen, logischerweise 5x das Lied gehört,versucht auf den Text zu achten und würde sagen: es lässt mich kalt. Die Amy Lee, die sonst immer Gänsehaut erzeugt hat ist jetzt.. damit beschäftigt, im Video rumzuhampeln und dort irgendwie eine innere Zerrissenheit darzustellen. Ja, nen süßes Opfer, das Opfer ist eindeutig die Atmosphäre der Musik zu Gunsten.. des Videos? Ich gehe zurück ins Jahr 2003. My Immortal kann ich Stunden hören, bietet sich im Herbst auch wunderbar an. Und «Fallen» an sich hat viel mehr von allem, was ich nicht in Worte fassen kann und möchte und was dennoch persönlich wichtig ist. Kurzfassung: Buuh, nicht überzeugend.

"Good Enough" é o 4º single da banda Evanescence do seu último album chamado "The Open Door". O single anterior "Sweet Sacrifice" não teve muito sucesso e por isso não temos ouvido falar muito dos Evanescence nos últimos tempos.Este último album "The Open Door" foi certamente uma desilusão para a maioria das pessoas, mas a sonoridade diferente deveu-se à saída de Ben Moody da banda, o que se veio a reflectir e muito na música. Fans still dig these shows and this year's shouldn’t fare much worse, though I find the addition of the teenage tear-jerking Evanescence an odd choice. From a business standpoint, I get it--Evanescence is hot right now and should have no problem ushering in hordes of ecstatic youth to the Family Values shows. But does the operatic emoting of Amy Lee really blend with Korn’s straightforward raunchiness?

Everyone loves Evanescence. They are gothish, but still pop rockish at the same time. Its hard to describe them, coz they have such a different sound to everything else you hear. Lets just say "alternative". It's so hard not to love them."Lithium" is the second single off "The Open Door", set to be released in mid-December. It's a a lot darker than the first single, "Call Me When You're Sober", and has a completely different feel.
