I am a 37 years old woman who never suspected having one of those tiny stones in my kidney, which my doctor said as kidney stones. I had heard of them once and never thought about them more further cause I never worried that I would deal with them after all. When I first time getting troubled by those kidney stones was when I started having problem in urinating, at that time, I feel like that it might be a UTI's problem. I went to the doctor back and forth only to be told that I don't have any problem on UTI's.
After that, I finally went to an urologist who suggests me to do some tests and diagnose that it would be an over active bladder. Well two days later I get caught by harsh pain in my stomach and lower back and make me to give up work earlier. Over the night the pain get even worse. Luckily my husband who's being nurse knowing my high pain tolerance and gave me a shot of pain medication, which cooling down the pain for a while.

The first person came over today to give me a cleaning estimate on the house. They would clean 1 bedroom, the living room, kitchen, 1.5 bathrooms, hallway. Not really that much. Okay okay we are slobs (I am a slob, but my husband isn’t much better).
They were from The Cleaning Authority. A friend I work with uses them and likes them a lot. They are, however, a bit pricey. Our house is only 1300 Square feet. They want $110 for a once a month cleaning, and $85 for a every other week cleaning. Hrmph. Maidpro, when I used them a couple years ago, was only $60 for once a month.
Though we do have more house now that we fixed up our basement. And we do have the dogs… more dogs now, which I understand makes the house messier.
I have someone coming from Merry Maids on Friday, so we’ll see what they say. An I might get Maidpro back out here, too.
Any other services I can look into? Maybe I should look in the phone book.
Tomorrow at 1pm (working from home I’ll be taking a break or lunch at that time) I’m going to have someone come by and give us an estimate for a maid service. Yay!

When I started this project I figured the building would have insulation and it won’t be such a big issue. I never knew the problems and issues associated with insulation, not to mention the cost. Also, when insulating a building not all R-Factors (measure of performance) are equal. The fiberglass roll-out insulation can lose effectiveness around beams and posts, especially when rolling out the fiberglass only between support beams. Depending on the building a builder might say he is installing R30, but since the around the beams and posts there is almost no insulation, the overall effectiveness of the building might actually be well below R20. Also, don’t be fooled by thermal barriers which claim to have a high R-Factor and cost a fraction of tradition or insulation board (which is what we went with).
