Sure, it’s easy to remember & for & or < for the < sign. But for me, anything beyond the common HTML entities is completely foreign to me. My friends, I believe the HTML Entity Lookup tool from Left Logic will definitely help us save our squinting eyes and much time. This tool recently debuted on May 31st so there might be some kinks to work out, but I’d say the progress is going along quite nicely. Also, if you’re an Apple Mac user, you can download the dashboard widget so that you can just access everything from your desktop.
Of course, the first thought that occurred to me and many people was to expand the tool by making some sort of Firefox add-on or a Vista gadget version for this tool. I’m sure if those things could be made, it’d be a huge help for lots of people. (like me, for example )
