      Live with Enthusiasm!
Youth is not a time of life. It’s a state of mind. Enthusiasm - Power Quotes Series
In the industry that we are in, you can not be successful without enthusiasm. Have you ever walked into an interview with a potential boss and he/she was a drag? Did you go to work for them? If you did, what were you thinking? In my time here in Atlanta, I have met many Realtors that are blessed with Enthusiasm and I have met many that are not. The ones that are not, usually do not send many clients my way. The ones that are, typically have sent me lots of business because they have it. it is not true in all cases, but as an overall. I hope that you can find some thing interesting in this set of quotes today. The pictures are active and will take you to other blogs that I have written. i would also like to thank Google for the pictures above. "The real secret of success is enthusiasm."

Market enthusiasm may continue on Monday
Nifty closed above 4741 consecutively for the last 4 days. Short covering above 4909 has given a trigger to the bulls to pull up the Nifty towards 5091 in the short run. In the previous settlement we were seeing huge short roll overs which have been partly covered above 4909. Nifty futures were trading at a whooping premium of 44 points.Higher PC ratio and falling volatility are supportive elements to bulls. Fresh buying is also visible ahead of quarterly numbers. We had seen massive buying in Infosys along with Wipro and TCS. Infosys is coming out with the quarterly numbers on Apr. 15, 2008. Market enthusiasm may remain for another couple of days.We expect markets to remain positive on Monday due to year end closing and NAV propping. Nifty support is at 4910 and resistance at 5050.Stock

      Curb Your Enthusiasm
How on earth have I waited so long to catch Curb Your Enthusiasm? How can I have let this happen? I am so ashamed! The show is on it's fifth season and I finally watched the complete first season this weekend. And it has to be one of the painful comedies for me to watch. Almost everything that happens to Larry is so cringing I have to look away, but it is such a train wreck you can't help watching! He is living proof that no good deed goes unpunished. Even when he tries to do things that are right like attend an incest survivors group or help a blind man move his television it almost always goes badly. And not just mildly wrong either. When things go bad, they go really bad! And forget about trying to fix the situation. No one seems to give the poor guy a chance to make amends g

Odyssey is ramping up. It's only a few more days. This is usually the moment when I look at all we've done, or haven't done, and panic. My life will be devoted to it for the next few days, with the competition being on March 1st. Gaa. I eagerly await March 2nd.It's good. I can't wallow in misery with such a project, but I do find I'm having trouble focusing. Luckily I'm only one of the coaches. The team really has to do the problem themselves. I just remind them to read the problem, ask them questions about what they're doing, or not doing, and make sure the meetings move along. We heard the sonic booms of the shuttle returning today, and saw the eclipse tonight. Mani Sharma Irritated By Lawrence's Over Enthusiasm...
MANI SHARMA is certainly one of the HIT makers of the Telugu film industry. And he has been hugely instrumental in the success of CHIRUTHAs AUDIO. So, has it been all glory and praise for MANI? Well, industry insiders beg to differ on the issue. In fact if we were to believe them, Mani has been humiliated by the CHOREOGRAPHER - DIRECTOR - MUSIC DIRECTOR... LAWRENCE.Though Mani is not keen on disclosing his name, he says he is the one who had choreographed the first song in Chirutha. According to Mani, the choreographer was the only one to say NO to the song, despite the producer, director and hero liking it. As per the CHOREOGRAPHER, it was not a song fit enough for the debut of Chiranjeevi’s son Ram Charan. However, popular opinion prevailed and it was Mani’s version that was shot finally. An obviously irritated Mani Sharma feels that in a creative field, it is very important for each person to stick to his or her role, instead of meddling with other technician's work.I would say

New Business Linkages In India Indicate Growing Enthusiasm For Warehouse Receipts
This week it was announced that the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) in Mumbai will take a 26% stake in the state-owned National Multi Commodities Exchange (NMCE) to counter the rapid growth of the Mumbai Commodity Exchange (MCX) and the Indian National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange (NCDEX). This development is interesting as it precedes the final enactment of the Indian warehouse receipts act which will transform farmer and supply chain financing in India. Basically, by doing this deal, NMCE will be able to tap into the electronic trading system of the BSE and use it as a basis for agricultural contracts or even to trade negotiable warehouse receipts when the Indian warehouse receipts act comes into force later this year. Another state body, the Central Warehousing Corporation of India (CWC), has a 26% stake in NMCE, which means the new shareholding group will have an excellent opportunity to add warehouse infrastructure to the NMCE offering. Put simply, NMCE seems to be p

      discovering charisma and enthusiasm
Oh, if it were but easy to motivate others and get them to be enthusiastic about a task ahead. While many leaders are great strategists and organizers, it takes a little bit more to be a true leader – a motivator that can rally people together to accomplish something big. Some people are born with a natural charisma and appeal, while others have to practice the craft until they understand how to get a group to move forward as one. Here are a few things to work on when learning the art of charm. (more…)

Friday for Curb Your Enthusiasm, or Larry David
“A place to go - that’s what my mother always instilled in me. You need a place to go. And you’re worthless unless you have a place to go.” Jeff Greene: [Jeff is carting around a German Shepard] Boy, you seem to really like Oscar. Larry David: It’s not every day that you get to be affectionate around something German, it just doesn’t happen that often. [Larry has just offended a rabbi] Nat David: He doesn’t know what he’s doing. Cheryl’s Mom: He really doesn’t. Cheryl: No, he’s… Larry: What do they say in The Bible? “He knows not… whereof he…” Rabbi: Don’t try, don’t try to quote The Bible. Larry: “… he speaks not?…” Rabbi: Just, just don’t try… Larry: “… forked tongue?… He knows not whereof he… whence he speaks?…” Cheryl’s Mom: Okay! Nat David: Larry… if you could be quiet.

Krysta Doerfler from Fine Homebuilding just builds more enthusiasm in her magazine articles
Hey. you didn’t think i could do it, but there’s even more from Krysta Doerfler via Fine Homebuilding regarding her enthusiasm for building new homes: Recently, we were visited by a couple of builders from Habitat for Humanity and I asked how I could help. They were so glad to see my interest. I feel that getting involved is simply a win-for-all situation. It helps me to become better at my job, and I get to help a community build someone a new home. I think thats a pretty fair deal. We had some builders come over to our company and we were quite impressed with their commitment in making sure that the building was up to code and ready to re-open. Its also going to help improve our current relationship with other companies in the same area with regards to the upgraded building codes! Krista mentioned in her blog that getting involved with what the builders were doing was a positive outcome when it came to finishing up her new home. I am not sure if her magazine covers more

Tempering Your Enthusiasm For Minor Leaguers
I am sure that many fantasy players are now curious about how or when they can acquire the recently drafted players, dreaming of getting next year's Tim Lincecum or Chad Cordero. I once played in a league that allowed you to pick up any player at any time as long as they were under contract. That means that in that league you could pick up David Price as soon as he signed even though he never threw a pitch. In fact what happened was that the owners would snatch up these guys as soon as they were able. Occasionally this strategy worked, but more often it blew up in their face. Even outside that league, many players put undue emphasis on picking up minor leaguers. On his BaseballHQ site, Ron Shandler wrote an excellent piece on Thursday. He made the observation, that those in mixed leagues have no reason to be following minor leaguers. This is advice that I have long followed myself and intended to write today regarding the draft until he stole my thunder. In one of my leagues this year,
