Combine soy sauce, sherry, minced ginger and garlic in a large bowl; stir in chicken. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour, stirring occasionally. Remove chicken; reserve marinade. Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat. Lightly coat chicken pieces with cornstarch; add to skillet and brown slowly on all sides.Remove chicken; drain off fat. I dreamed that my Husband and I had to move. I have had moving dreams like this before. We moved into this house way out on the west side, it was huge and had a long and narrow yard. Too may hills for agility, I remember thinking. My Dad visited and he wanted to secure the fence because the bottom seemed like the dogs could dig under, especially Tatum (funny she is in a dream already).
So we were looking through the house that we had bought and the south side was a normal house, but large. Big rooms, nice kitchen. As we were moving through the house we found that the north end was nicer. It had 4 kitchens and the bathroom was all granite. The TV rooms were also amazing. And it was on a circle. Like the house I lived in out in West Jordan years ago.
