My internet connection is back as evidenced by the fact that you’re reading this post! However, it wasn’t the promised technician who fixed it. Actually it appears to simply have fixed itself! I must have a magic cable modem or something. As I said in the previous post, TDC couldn’t see anything wrong on their end, so assumed it was my fault and said they’d send out a technician to have a look.
