DATELINE: Thursday 8/9/07 at P.A.'s Lounge, Somerville, MA - I have arrived tonight to see Eldridge Rodriguez (Midriff Records recording artist) and his backing band tonight, The Spanish Armada, play at one of the most fun and certainly one of the loudest venues in the entire city. It was one hell of a night. I arrived early at ended up enjoying the frenetic music stylings of Child Bite (Ferndale, Michigan - a suburb in the Detroit area.) What a great sound! The band is a vibrant band of four sonic bandits - blasting their way through drum- and keyboard-dominated tracks with punctuated drum and bass solos. The band was in the Boston-area for just one night during their North American tour and they put up one hell of a show! Now on tour - CHILD BITEChild Bite does not disappoint! Screaming wildly - they played one hell of a loud, dynamic set, motivating me to pick up one of their albums - it's good stuff - definitely worth the investment!Child Bite - Don't Do What Your Body Tells Y

The appeal, filed by Travis Childs and his mother, points out that Iowa law allows what happened in October. An Eldridge mother maintains she did the right thing last fall when she allowed her teenage son to drink beer at home with his stepfather. She said the family's openness about alcohol is the reason he doesn't sneak around to drink."It was in our home. He was not caught doing anything that he shouldn't have been doing," Tisha Bousselot said. "That's not to say we accept it, but I'd rather have my son alive and watch him wrestle for a wonderful university next year than to put him in the ground."But North Scott school officials benched Travis Childs, 18, for the "three or four beers" he drank with his stepfather on Oct. 25. It was the three-sport athlete's third good-conduct vi
