Al PSV le interesa dos jugadores de Chivas Los directivos del PSV Eindhoven, han trabajado junto con Chivas en un acuerdo muy importante en intercambio de jugadores jóvenes, el cual se empezara aplicar en Agosto del 2008. Fourth place in the Premiership last season, same this time but third is well within the squads grasp. Runners - up in 2005 - 06 Champions League; the only improvement can be winning it. Possible but one hell of a tall order. Getting to the Final would be an achievement in itself. If you do not believe me, look at the tame surrender that Barcelona have made of their trophy this time around to give you an indication of the nature of the beast. To say that last nights performance was dissapointing is self evident, on the other hand to say it was predictable is also stating the obvious a bit. While we were unbeaten in the calendar year we haven’t been playing well, have been consistently conceding the first goal and eventually it was going to catch up with us. The only good thing to come out of the game is that although we lost we are really only at half time. I’m not going to go into the nitty gritty of the performance because due to circumstance I was not paying full attention. However what was clear to me was the defence were solid enough, the midfield didn’t spark and yet again the forwards couldn’t make an impact. The midfield do have to take some blame for the lack of creativity but Arsenal under Wenger are a side that relies on the midfield to get forward and finish chances and similarly rely on the forwards to get involved in the midfield play. So some good news first of all, we have another home draw in the FA Cup if we manage to overcome Blackburn in the replayed game at Ewood Park at the end of the month. If the result goes our way Manchester City will finally get an opportunity to visit the Emirates on the 10th/11th March.
