I have had to go through grueling times to heal a creature and even though you cannot speak to them as we do person to person I have always noticed, they know when you are trying to help them. I like the colors I started with in the center where the triangle shape is. I used all the colors I saw in the photos first, but I think I might want to select just a few colors to use. I'm leaning towards blues, greens, oranges, and blacks. I then added the bigger stars with silver acrylic paint with a paint brush, then smaller stars with toothbrush bristles. In the process, I shook the acrylic paint bottle to get the paint near the lid. However, I forgot that the lid was not on all the way, and it flew off. According to case information found over at Justia.com, Namco Bandai Games and Namco Bandai Games America have filed suit against Eagle Distributing of Frankfort, Illinois for alleged copyright infringement and intellectual property violations. The suit claims that Eagle Distributing is currently in violation of Namco Bandai's properties through the sale of unauthorized and counterfeit products without authorization from the company. These products include their GameboX Multi-arcade systems and Ms. Pac-Man and More Cocktail and Upright cabinets. The lawsuit seeks damages, right of seizure, and a stop to any further violations from Eagle Distributing.It will be interesting to see what sort of response this lawsuit has. I took the afternoon yesterday to drive through Eagle Creek Park and captured the wonder of fall to share with you. The forest ground is blanketed with fallen leaves. We have bald eagles around Tallahassee, Florida. They like our many forests that constitute the fabric of northwest Florida. My son and I recently saw one. Many live their entire lives and never see one. I recently went to St Marks National Wildlife Refuge, outside of Tallahassee, Florida, with my son and his about pack. They went to pick up trash as they do each year. After picking up the trash the forest park service provided lunch for everyone. The kids got to view and touch native water species from the area’s shoreline. Anyway, as we were picking up trash, a couple boys shouted, “Look, there is a bald eagle.” I went over and saw the most beautiful sight, a bald eagle proudly perched at the top of a tall, dead tree. It stood at a height taller than all the other trees around it. It truly is worthy of being a symbol of power, leadership, 8&2@?6, strength, courage.
