      Eggless Banana Chocolate Brownie!
Well I thought this to be a cake, but thinking again I decided its a brownie! Yea it wasn't so soft and fluffy, as you would expect a cake to be and it was so easy to make, that's the best part! I was inspired by this Chocolate Brownie and I was just too trilled not to try again. Normally when I get the urge for a cake, I either have to bake my own egg less Black Forest Cake or get from shop. Both sounds so alarming always. Though my Black forest cake comes out yummy, its a kind of work I avoid these days. The last time, Konda wanted a cake at home, I planned for the chocolate fudge the previous day and did the cake the next day! This worked out fine, still its not something I would want to do on a regular basis.Infact, since my oven gave way years back, I never attempted this area of cook

Low in fat, these semi-sweet scones are packed with the goodness of cranberries and walnuts that make this a healthy sweet treat any time of the day! This recipe is heavily adapted from Jeanne Lemlin's cookbook Vegetarian Classics. An eggless chocolate cake
When my friend Suzanne heard that my daughter is allergic to eggs, she sent along this recipe for an eggless chocolate cake. It's named after the mother of an old friend of hers who used to make it. Since my daughter is also allergic to peanut butter, I'd make a traditional frosting or maybe a sugar glaze instead. Shirley's Chocolate Cake - The best in the world! Cake ingredients: 3 cups of flour 2 cups of sugar 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon baking soda 9 tablespoons cocoa 2 cups of cold water 2 tablespoons vinegar 3/4 cup oil 2 teaspoons vanilla extract Icing ingredients: 3 cups confectioners sugar 1/4 cup milk (approximately) 3/4 cup peanut butter Cake directions: Mix all ingredients in a large bowl using an electric mixer. Pour into a greased 9 x 13 baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 - 40 minutes. Icing directions: Mix confectioners sugar and milk - it will be thin. Stir in peanut Butter, which will thicken the icing. Ice your delicious cake

      Eggless Rich Scones
Yes…I did it. At last, I managed to overcome my phobia of baking(Is there a thing called Bake-phobia?;). Some what, I have always stayed away from baking cakes or cookies. I have discovered that when things don’t work out the way I want, they really get to me. My first attempt of baking goes back to my teenage year which was a complete disaster, where I ended up almost setting the house on fire. Since then I have kept myself away from oven until now. Eggless Rich Scones Few days back I watched cookery show where queen of baking Lesley Waters made these rustic looking scones. It looked quite simple and easy to make them and I had all the ingredients except eggs in my pantry which didn’t hinder my enthusiasm. First thing I did before I started baking was switch off the fire alarm;) Then with all courage and determination I started making scones from scratch. I omitted eggs and added more butter and lessened the amount of sugar the original recipe called for. Here is my version of E

      FIG CUPCAKES - EGGLESS
Gooey cakes and muffins are one of my specialities when comes to baking ; and lately I have rarely been making them. Last week I suddenly had a strong urge to eat something spongy and sweet.
