One of America’s foremost causes of death is drunk driving. Every year many people die from driving under the influence (DUI). It is a big safety hazard to the driver as well as anyone else near them. Thankfully, Nissan has come out with a concept car to help deter drunk driving.
This new vehicle has various detecting systems to help stop its owner from driving while intoxicated. It begins with alcohol odor sensors that are built into the locking shift handle. Also, it has seat sensors that can issue a navigation and voice warning to not drive. Finally it comes with a facial screen system that will determine how conscious and sober you are by monitoring your eyes. Unfortunately, there is no set date in which we can expect this vehicle to hit the roads, but hopefully, it will be available soon.
