Después de décadas de éxito y popularidad se nunció en Japón que se llevará a escena la primer obra teatral de Doraemon (Cósmico para los amigos :P). Lo curioso es que, con la costumbre que tienen los nipones de llevar TODO al teatro (incluyendo una obra basada en Hunter x Hunter que anda dando vueltas por youtube), ésta sea la primera vez que un anime con la historia de Doraemon llegue a ser actuado. La historia será una adaptación del film de 1990 Doraemon: El Planeta de Animales de Nobita y empezará su gira por el país en julio. La actual seiyuu de Doraemon, Wasabi Mizuta, lo interpretará en el teatro. Makoto Sakamoto (Liar Game) será su dueño Nobita, mientras Reiko Suho y Tomohiro Waki serán sus amigos Shizuka y Jaian respectivamente.

Johnny Depp will voice anime character when Doraemon cast time-slips to 16th-century Caribbean to meet “Captain Johnny”. The star of the Pirates of the Caribbean films will voice a guest role on the Doraemon children’s animated television series this month.
