Rummy resigns, and all it took was the Republicans losing control of Congress the night before. Kate over at Small Dead Animals feels that the only “meaningful reaction” to this news can come from American talking-head bloggers. While they may make the most effort to remain civilized to one of the worst parts of the Bush administration, they will have the most meaningless banter about his career.
UPDATE: Kate provided links to some humourous accounts of Rummy’s career. Well bowl me over with a feather.
Today is the first day of the new American holiday Rummydone. Pun oh so intended. It consists of fasting during the day, … no wait, that’s Ramadan.
