      I was worried when I read about rat poison being found in dog food in the US, as far as we can tell the problem does not affect us in the UK - yet. I switched to Burns Dry Dog Food just over two weeks ago, because it should help improve my skin allergy. I am eating the Lamb and Rice variety: this is supposed to be the best for dogs with allergies. The trouble is, I love leftovers so I often get some nice spicy food (curry is my favourite).       I had a comment from my good friend Oscar when I wrote about diet a couple of days ago. He has just started the BARF raw food diet, as he suffered a lot of allergies from the cereals in dry dog food. He also advised me that James Wellbeloved do a dry biscuit with no cereals, in lamb & vegetable flavour.
