Nightwish is making money nowadays. The costs of making their new album were 500 000 euros which is pretty much for a metal band, so they probably expect a good revenue. Nightwish is clearly targeting to mainstream and expects good sales. Well, that’s nothing new and there is nothing bad in it. It is just interesting to see how far Nightwish will go. Nightwish music videos are directed by Antti Jokinen, a professional Finnish director who has worked with many “big names”. When watching the Nightwish videos, especially the old ones and comparing them to Amaranth and Nemo, you can clearly see the development. A judge has prevented O.J. Simpson from pocketing any further proceeds from his cancelled book and corresponding TV special. The money, along with rights to the book “If I Did It,” will be sent directly to the family of Ron Goldman, who was killed along with Simpson’s ex-wife Nicole Brown Simpson in 1994. O.J. was acquitted of the murders, but found liable in a civil court and was ordered to pay the families a $33.5 million judgment – which has since grown closer to $38 million with interest. In an attempt to collect the money, Goldman asked the court to order that funds from the book/TV deal be applied toward the judgment. On Tuesday, Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge Gerald Rosenberg barred Simpson from receiving any further compensation, and ordered the bundled book rights to be auctioned off – with proceeds directed to the Goldman family. Self-directed care might seem like a no-brainer to some. After all, doesn't everyone direct their own medical care? In the case of severe mental illness, too often, this hasn't been the case. Too many mental health services assume that consumers of services don't possess the judgment to direct their own care.
